Senneville, a development by
Canada Lands Company
In March 2008, Canada Lands Company (CLC) acquired the former site of the Senneville Lodge in Senneville, Quebec, located on the western tip of the island of Montréal.
CLC will work closely with municipal officials and local stakeholders to determine the most appropriate use in the redevelopment of the Senneville property.
The Municipal Council of Senneville adopted its Draft Urban Planning Program on May 25, 2010. CLC’s property has a proposed zoning of residential and research and development for the main portion and public park for the waterfront lot. This program will be submitted to municipal public consultation at a meeting to be held in the spring. For more information, please visit www.villagesenneville.qc.ca.
